"Development of Design Reuse Technology for Nonverbal Time-Series Media", CREST "Foundation of technology supporting the creation of digital media contents", JST, JAPAN.
He is the Director of Research Center for Human Media, and is a professor at the Department of Informatics, School of Science and Technology, Kwansei Gakuin University, Japan.
His research interests include music informatics, content design and creation, and psychological measurement. Dr. Katayose received his M.E. (1986) and Ph.D. (1991) in engineering science from Osaka University, Japan.
