Brief Biography:

• Received the B.E., M.E., and Ph.D degrees all in electrical engineering from The University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan, in 1994, 1996, and 1999, respectively.
• Post Doctoral Fellow at the Institute of Industrial Science, Univ. of Tokyo, until March 2002.
• Affiliated with Kwansei Gakuin since April 2002.
